Hamer Building is a small building company based in Ocean Grove servicing the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding areas. Established in 2023, Hamer Building was developed by Hamish Rankin who has been in the building industry since 2009 after completing a Construction Management degree. He also holds a Certificate III in Carpentry.

Hamer Building aims to deliver high quality residential construction and renovations. Taking the time and energy to complete the finer details of a build is something Hamish finds deeply rewarding and every project is approached with the same level of care and attention as if it were his own home. 

Being a small team allows Hamer Building to stay hands on and work closely with clients throughout the entire building process. Hamish believes that honest and transparent communication is crucial in enabling the best building experience for everyone involved.

With a strong interest in sustainability, Hamish is inspired by thoughtful building design and aspires to build homes that will last.
